This is going to be somewhat controversial advice, but these are the actions I'd take..
Cut out the epsom and molasses now that you have the calmag+ addititive. Up your Bloom nutes to full strength, TopMax you can probably up a bit too, but let's cut it out for now. TD is an eater from what I've read.
I'd take a gallon (4 liters) of water, and do 20mL Bloom, and full strength of what the cal-mag is (probably 5mL for 4L).. take TopMax out for a little bit, it's kelp, molasses and a bit of humic/fulvic.. it can be added back at any time, but the abundance of molasses in your soil now is a lot of glucose in the root zone, not always a good thing.
I believe your pH is okay. It'd be easier to test a slurry with distilled water, use 2 parts distilled water to 1 part soil and make a slurry.. that'd give us a better idea. Having such a high starting pH of the water makes it a bit harder to get accuracy on it.
The issues still appear to be bloom cal/mag and PK deficiency. There's a lot of bud there, requiring a lot of PK. Are the buds still fattening up?
