New Grower First grow, original amnesia

Hello! I started my first grow, and the seedlings sprang almost 2 weeks ago. I planted 5 original amnesia (dinafem) in a 120x120.
At first it seemed like they all thrived, but soon some of the plants started to look weird. I'm almost certain it's because they got too much light from my 600w hps in their early life. Temp is between 25-28.

So my question is this; can I change the HPS bulb to an MH bulb for my next grow, or will that also lightburn them? Do i need to get a new light setup for the early stages?

hey buddy welcome to afn. im an led guy so cant answer that to be honest but my lights are also shite for seedlings so i use a 14000k big bulb CFL for the first 2 weeks. light and reflector cost £30 and its silent running. growth rate for first 2 weeks is outstanding. keeps up with any other light ive seen no questions : )

id maybe post a pic aswell mate. lots of things can cause weird problems so its always better to check if your not sure
