How do i know when my autos are flowering? I have northern lights and super skunk in Biobizz soil and using biogrow nutes. I have bio bloom as well so when do i switch to the bloom?

When you see the pistils like in first pic she is flowering.Wait until you see flowes forming on end of main and side branches then start with bloom nutes
If you want to finish as soon as possible start flower nutes when you see flowers but if you want to maximise yield hold of on flower nutes until vertical growth slows and stops
