Hey guys,
This is my first grow and i want some opinions.
I am growing under a 400w HPS
Using Bio Bizz all mix soil
Temps 81-82 F

The seedlings look abit stressed/nute burned.
The leaves of the 1st NL are pretty yellow
The Early Skunk has some little yellow spots on the big leaves

What do you guys think?

Thanks

Your soil should definitely have enough nutes for such a tiny plant, despite it looking a tad hungry. Could it be the beginning of nute lockout? What's your PH looking like? Also what is your humidity level? How far away are your lights from her?

No experience in soil, but I have noticed that crinkly / warped look on my seedlings when RH was too low.

I dont have a PH meter :/
the humidity is around 35%
they are 35 cm far from the light, i use a cool tube also

Hey assulin, welcome to AFN! If you get a chance, you should head over to the Introductions area and introduce yourself; would be a great way to get your name out there and say hello to everyone! :pighug:

As for your plants, what day are all of them from germ? What are you using for nutrients and at what strength? What is your current feeding/watering schedule?

Let us a know and we'll get you back to good! Lots of very knowledgeable people on here! Don't fret bro! :karma Cloud:

Also, would you like a mod to move this down into the Hospital / Infirmary for Sick Plants? Might get you some more specific Doctor eyes on it. Just let any of the High Team members know or contact a Mod (you'll see our appropriate icons below our names.)

You should pickup some cheap PH test strips to make sure the PH isn't way out of whack. Anytime there's an issue, ph should be the first thing you check.

Do you have a humidifier? 35% is lower than seedlings like, but it shouldn't kill them. Maybe cut the top off of a soda bottle and place it over them like a greenhouse until they outgrow it. That should increase their humidity levels.

Thanks for the replys

The NLs are 4 days from sprout and the Early Skunk is 9 days from sprout.
I don't use any nutrients yet as the soil has enough for the first 2-3 weeks.
I water with tap water that sits for 24 hours before i use it when ever the soil is dry

I dont have a humidifier,i'll try the soda bottle thing though
I'll also get a PH meter to test my tap water

You can also try soaking a bath towel in water and placing it in a bowl or a bucket inside your grow space. I've raised the humidity by almost 10% for a few days in a small tent using this method. It's a little ghetto; but it's virtually free unless you don't bathe. :pighug:

I'll second testing your pH; very good starting point. Be sure to test your run-off from watering as well.

Alright tomorrow ill test my PH and ill try to give some updates.
thanks!

LOL see how simple was that lol welcome..didnt hurt a bit lol do you have a dark time?what are you light hours?Make sure to water around the outside of the plant not directly on the stem to make the roots chase the water and spreed through the pot...also looks like for your next round add more perlite to your mix. gives more air to roots and helps to drain .:Sharing One::styles rasta:
