Yes, it's quite possible you're exhausted the small amount of soil in those cups. If the pale color is consistent throughout the whole leaf it could be a lack of N. If it's spotty it might now be. The ammonia mix is a foliar spray, so should be sprayed directly on both sides of the leaves. Do this once a day for 2 or 3 days. And yes, that would be in addition to your regular feeds.
Thanks for clearing that up, Muddy. They're doing much better today - no yellowish hue whatsoever, but i'll keep a close eye on them. I'm hoping to transplant them this Monday evening, and will try to post more pics at least four hours before that.
