Yes, it's quite possible you're exhausted the small amount of soil in those cups. If the pale color is consistent throughout the whole leaf it could be a lack of N. If it's spotty it might now be. The ammonia mix is a foliar spray, so should be sprayed directly on both sides of the leaves. Do this once a day for 2 or 3 days. And yes, that would be in addition to your regular feeds.

Thanks for clearing that up, Muddy. They're doing much better today - no yellowish hue whatsoever, but i'll keep a close eye on them. I'm hoping to transplant them this Monday evening, and will try to post more pics at least four hours before that.

Day 14 Update with pics

All three seedlings have done well the past few days. The outdoor humidity has increased during that time, which has probably helped. I kept the windows open during the day hours this past weekend to let more humidity in. Current temp=73.9F, RH=51. Would like to transplant into 3gal. pots either this evening or tomorrow evening. Do they look like they're too young for transplanting? Should I wait? Again, today they are 14 days old from seed sown. Looking forward to getting them into a richer soil mix. Other than feeding them Microbe Brew once, have only fed them ph'd bubble water so far. Planning on giving them another dose of Microbe Brew when I transplant them.

At their age I would expect the tap root to be at the bottom on the cups by now, so I would go ahead and transplant them to their final pots.

Update with pics - been 16 days since pushed above soil...

...21 days from seeds sown in soil. Just taking it nice and easy. All three plants doing well. All are showing early development of their 4th set of true leaves. The two tallest pants are about 4" tall, and the 3rd (the runt) is 2" tall now. Still have the light source 18" from the top of the plants. For the two taller seedlings, seeing good spacing between nodes - on both, have just under an inch between 1st and 2nd sets of true leaves. Going to wait until I see an inch between the 2nd and 3rd sets before I consider moving the light closer to the plants. Other than giving them some Microbe Brew a few times, had not fed them any nutes at all until two days ago, when I gave them 1/2 teaspoon of Big Bloom mixed with the ph'd (6.5) bubble water. Planning on feeding them 1/2 teaspoon per gallon EACH of Big Bloom and Grow Big in two or three days.

The only odd thing I have seen so far, other than the bleaching from having the light set too low about 10 days ago, is the 2nd set of true leaves on the runt (shortest seedling). Check it out in the pics - one of the leaves on the 2nd set of trues has 3 fingers, but the other leaf has only one (which is also kind of mis-shaped). Mutant plant? Yeah, I still love her, anyways.

A couple of questions:

1. Should I wait to see and inch of spacing between the 3rd and 4th sets of true leaves before I lower the light source? Or would I be ok lowering them once I see an inch spacing between the 2nd and 3rd sets?

2. When would be a good time to set ballast at 400w. Have had it set at 250w so far. I've enjoyed working with mostly just passive air to this point (has made my first grow less complicated); but i'm hoping for a pretty decent yield on this grow, so... whatcha think?

i would leave the ballast at 250 for now, if theyre growing well and have the right spacing then theres no need yet. youd just have to move the light up probably and i dont think there would be much difference in growth youd just be adding more heat and more cost. id wait a few more nodes till they start to bush out a bit. maybe someone else will disagree though.

theyre all looking good and healthy, do you have alternating nodes in the fifth picture? never seen that before from such an early age. straight away from the cotyledons.
the mutant should be fine, i had one very like that and one of its main branches was flat and put out four sets of leafs at each node instead of two. you might get something interesting.

Thank you for the advice, bgrt - really appreciate it. I'm not familiar with what "alternating nodes" are - but, yeah, the runt looks pretty odd compared to the other two. Will definitely be interesting to see how she develops in the weeks to come.

Hey foo man. Everything is coming along nicely Did you say you fed bloom nutes? Bloom nutes aren't needed or wanted until around week 5 or 6. Perhaps you meant veh nutes.
