New Grower First grow!

Ok dudes and dudetts, I decided to make a grow box (3'x2'x1'). The inside is matt white with three 20w CFL's. I have one small fan inside, but plan on getting another for exhaust before I start my grow. Will two fans be enough (unknown CFM)? I let everything run last night for a couple of hours and the heat rose to 80 degrees with humidity at 45%.

I'm not sure what soil or nutes I will use yet. Any advice for something I can scoop at Home Depot?

Also, will the lighting be ok? (1x 20w 6500k and 2x 20w 2700k)
