Thanks for all that I heard mix feelings about LST with auto so might let one grow normal and LST the other one as. See which looks better

Lst works great for developing more dominant colas. Some auto strains dont appreciate that much stress, some dont mind at all. The training does.make a more even canopy for the light

Start at about 2 weeks, finish.just before the stretch is finished. Dont stress them too much. It's easy to break branches and the main strm

Ok thanks for the information il keep in mind checked the soil it’s still damp so gunna hold of the watering till dries up don’t want to over do it also I notice this on my leafs I thought to myself light so moved it up to 27inches from the flower what do you think about it it been 2 days since 150 ml is that normal ?

The twist is normal, not a big deal. 27 is good, that's a nice light so it wont be a problem.

I really dont, it works but you have to be careful with the light afterwards. I just water mine in the soil.
