Hello,
Gonna do a little grow journal here as its our first grow and hopefully people will jump in and give us a few tips : )

Growing 2 Crystal Dwarf auto reg seeds
2 Auto Jack fem seeds all purchase from freedom of seeds.

Growing in PC box and a small nightstand, PC box has 3 cfls 13w 6100k and the nightstand has 5 cfls. Both boxes have good air flow.

We did not germ the seeds just strait in the soil. We watered the soil before we planted with 6.6 ph water and have been misting the top with 6.6 ph. The first run off water was also at 6.6.
Gonna do 20/4 for the lights
Used happy frog soil.
No nutes yet but we got some picked out.
I will be updating frequently with pictures. Thanks in advance for any help and tips!

PS. We have only planted the 2 crystal dwarfs in the pc box so far. The nightstand needs a few tweeks.

Looks like a nice little setup you're going to have between the two boxes. I would suggest upping the wattage on your lights to at least 23 watters, if not higher. 39 watts total in the PC case is really only enough light for one plant. Ideally you want to have at least 50 watts per plant. Also purchase 2700k ones so you can switch out all the 6100k once the plants go into full flowering.

Thanks for the reply Muddy :)
Yea the lights in the pc box are a bit stretched out at the moment. Gonna try to put some bigger ones in if they fit.
We only plan on doing one in the pc box in the future, we just doing 2 for now hopeing we get 2 females so we can spray one with colloidal silver and try to get some fem seeds.

QUICK UPDATE

We replaced the three 13watt bulbs with two 23watt bulbs. Hopefully this helps as it will add a few more watts.

Also they have not sprouted yet : ( we planted on Sunday, about 53 hours from the time of this post.
we did not germ, just went strait to the soil. How long does this part usually take?

nice set up.

and like muddy said -- definitely up the wattage for the pc grow box.

im subbed and all over this grow!

We did not plant deep at all, mabey about 1/4 of an inch deep.
Not really doing anything to keep em warm, can I turn the fans off before it sprouts?,that would probably help to keep it warn in their. U guys think that's a good idea?
I'm probably just being a little too anxious : )
It hasent even been three full days yet lol

I will update with pics as soon as they pop up!

QUICK SIDE UPDATE:
Outdoor photo plants are doing ok. I think their about 2 weeks into flower and I'm super excited!
Sorry for the crappy pics, it just finished raining.

Keep them warm and they should germinate within a few days

Thanks for the good info Buddha man! I think we do have a heating pad, gonna find out in just a moment.
We just got a thermometer today but its not in yet, but it does feel a lot warmer with the bigger 23watt bulbs and the fans off.

I think I was just being a little worried for no reason : )
I'm sure their doin their thing under the soil right now:lol:..............hopefully:no:

QUICK UPDATE & QUESTION

so the seeds pushed up through the soil and were on our way!!! sorry not much to see....

I have a few questions about the nutes as this will be my first time ever using them. We were planning on useing general hydroponics organic box thing and was wondering if anyone else has used it and if so what did u think of them.
Also on the feeding schedule it says to start at the seedling stage but I have read in a few grow journals on here to not give any nutes for the first 2 weeks or so. So what should we do? I feel as if the feeding schedule does not take autos into account. Do u guys think these are some good nutes to start with for super beginners?

Happy Frog soil contains worm castings, guano and humus, so you shouldn't need any nutrients for 3-4 weeks. It will take that long for the plants to exhaust what's already in the soil.

I've used the GO Biothrive line of nutes before. They were okay. Better than Fox Farms but not as good as AN IMO.
