First time grow

Am I having any kind of deficiencies? Firt time growing and loving the process so far 18 days from seed. Thanks in advance

Looks good at this point. Medium is ? For soil type, I feed nothing but ph water for 3 weeks, then slowly add nutes.

Thank you for your comment for soil I am using Plagron lightmix and even for nutes I am using Plagron and following the manufacture chart but giving abit less than recommended dosage.
