New Grower First time grower - AutoMazar

Hey AFN, how's it going? Gonna keep a grow diary for my 1st grow so i can see how things progress. Seeds are currently soaking in water so will hopefully be planted in the next 24 hours. Here's a list of equipment il be using:
Grownorthern MS0006
15L airpots
Hesi coco nutes
Fan & filter
Coco & perlite mix (80/20)
And a few other bits n bobs like ph meter, hygrometer, thermometer etc etc.
Iv got a few questions though before I dive in completely. Iv heard that you need to feed the coco 24 hours before planting the seed but what do I feed it with? Normal water? Water with a few nutes in? Also, I have some clay pebbles and I was wondering if I should put a layer at the bottom of my airpots for extra drainage?

Day 11 update.
Plant 2 looks to be about twice the size of plant 1, does anybody know why? Or is it just something that happens? I got impatient and added some nutes about a week ago (stupid I now) but realised the error of my ways after a telling off from a forum member. Anyway here's a few pics. First two pictures are plant 1 and the second two are plant 2

They look fine to me, any nute burn would be evident by now.
