t how low do you think I should adjust it to

Okay I definitely will take it down an inch or two thanks for the advice and it’s nice to meet you to brother
I went the indoor route because I was growing outdoors and my blue cookies and wedding cakes caught septoria from the surrounding trees one of the wedding cakes didn’t recover after respiring reporting and removing all effected leaves it is a nasty little virus that sneaks up on you without warning and all it takes is for one affected leaf to touch your plant and it can spread like wild fire smh I learned my lesson regrouped and restarted indoors away from the leaves just adjust the light down about an inch and will continue to monitor the plant you mentioned

The other question I would have is a dehumidifier I’ve watched a lot of grow videos on YouTube and read a lot of grow logs on reddit and I am open to all advice from the handful of people I know that grow I put a lot of research into it before I got started but I’m curious about the dehumidifier is it to help pull moisture from the soil to avoid over watering??? Or to raise the humidity in a place like Illinois as it gets colder???? I was told absorb as much

a dehumidier i don't think it will affect your soil i think it would just be your environment also growing in doors you have so much control

I have everything set up in my garage it’s about 71-77 in my tent give it take but our humidity in Illinois is around 47 percent it’s around 51 percent inside the tent I also have a small fan hanging from one corner blowing at the plants to strengthen the stems
