Indoor First Time Grower

A few of my pals and I are beginning a little operation, and this will be the first time for all of us. We have most of the things we need already and I plan on updating this thread with pictures of our setup. What I need from this community is tips and assistance for a first time grower. But what is most important is that I need to find a reliable website to get quality seeds from. I saw this site http://www.rcmcollective.ca but I'm not sure if these people are respectable or what. So please, any assistance at all will be greatly appreciated
