FIRST TIME INDOOR :)

Hello every one,
This is my first time that I'm doing indoors.
Painaple express!!
I started with putting the seed in water for 24h then wend the first sprout come out I put it in a 50% mix (soil and perlite) and putting in my home made agro with 2x 50w CFL (white worm), with a 18h of light, every 20 days I give here a 8% nitrogen (N) fertilizer, after the first flowers started to appear I pot a 104w 2700k (Hg), now I was thinking to do a 12h of light for the flowering.
Now I was thinking about doing scrog and it's going quite well but i need to improve here home... But I really don't know, it is why I'm here to take advice :)
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT IT, and what should I do to improve it :)

I'd stay at about 18/20 hours of light. I use 10 cfls, 2x 45w and 8x 23 w, a mix of light temps. That's my opinion though. Make sure to keep humidity down during flowering, it creates more resin the lower the humidity. Other than that it looks good to me. I'm too lazy to do SCROG or anything like that myself, I just let the plant grow the way it does, it knows best. :)

You give 18/20h of light for flowering??
But for you, wen I put the new lamp is it normal that became so long and not compact like before?

Hey and Welcome!
Yes 18/6, 20/4 all are good for an autoflowering plant. They do not need the 12/12 that a photo period type does, that is why they call them autos!! Really pretty cool when you think about. You did not say it was an auto, I kind of assumed!
Peace and happy growing!
