First time tea brewer

I'll be growing a small grow. 4 Autos in a 3x3 tent in Mother Earth "Groundswell" soil with Kind Soil at the bottom of the 5 gal Root Trapper II containers under 315W CMH.

I want to feed the roots.

I'm looking at the TeaLab 5 gallon kit.

Any suggestions on equipment and recipes for my particular growing style would be most appreciated.
