New Grower First timer here, am i screwed?

Light is at 24". I have a 600w LED that draws 280 actual watts. Are you thinking it's too close? The reason i lowered to that height is because i have a little heater in the shed and when it runs it is causing amp drop on the light. So to compensate i lowered a bit.

I dont know much about lighting. But i do know they are 5w chips, viperspectra

Might be a little close, You could try raising a bit. Seedlings can get blasted with LED pretty easy when their small, especially if in a confined space. If you have decent space, probably not the issue.
