Good evening, all vital signs holding steady. I broke the stem of the main cola on my biggest plant using HST (High Stress Training.) I was high and stressed the plant. I've taped the stem back together but I have to say I did a great job breaking it so I'm not hopeful. Lesson learned.
Hi Dude, I may have overfed them. I was having what were diagnosed as deficiencies so I've gone to full strength bloom nutes. The nutrient levels are declining and I am scheduled for a res change tomorrow. I'll dial back the nutes to see if it helps. Thanks for looking.
Hi toematoe, My ppm are down to 880. I have a manual switch on the timer I have my top feed pump plugged into. I use it to turn on the top feed to test ph and ppm. I am constantly forgetting to turn it off. Subsequently the top feed runs for 24 hrs on occasion. I never see any change in the plants. I have a feeling that with the oxygenated res solution pumped up top the length of time the top feed runs does not have much influence on the health of the plants. When I remember to turn the top feed off I have it running 15 min every 4 hours. Happy growing!
Res change and nute adjustment to 75% Bloom. Still using SM-90. The bud stems are getting longer. They are getting close to the light. During the res change I noticed that one of the top feeds on the hydro unit is not working. I don't know how long it's been out of commission but the plants it was watering are fine.
