Flies

Hello,
I watered my house flowers today and it appears that one pot became home for a bunch of flies. How do I kill them?
Organic recipes preferred.
I hear a very strong tea would kill spiders but flies can fly so I dunno
Problem is that's same room where the grow tent is.

Get some organic bug spray or a sticky pest strip and hang it near the fly area..:smokebuds:
