This actually worked for me.

Transmission improvement a big suprise, along with the smoother acceleration and power.

Reset your car's computer in 60 seconds.

Kind of like how your computer runs slower over time unless you clear the caches and dump the cookies.

Sit in your car and use a timer. Turn the key to "On" so all systems are go and dash systems are lit, but do not start the car.

Jam the gas pedal all the way to the floor

60 seconds, hold the pedal floored all the way.

Next, release the pedal and immediately shut the ignition key off.

Free tune-up complete.

You can now start the car now or later and take a spin and post back on your experience now or later.

Was told to me and worked on a 2007 asian import sedan, and then also on a 2010 Lexus sedan--owner especially noted the transmission was working more properly.

Assumed that this only works with modern cars that rely more and more on computers.

(ala check engine light sensor in most cars already for a long time)

Don't do this all the time. Once or maybe twice a year max is what I heard from a mechanic.

Notable increase in performance,

it also worked today on a 2013 Ford mid-size sedan. Transmission efficiency and motor performance was noted.

Not for old tech motors.

Don't ask me about DIESEL, please. Just seems to be working....
