Hello ❤

I've never made cannabutter or edibles before but I've got a recipe I'm going to try and it calls for a certain amount of trim. Can I freeze the trim before I boil it with my sticks of butter? I want to make lollipops so as I trim leaves here and there I have been putting them in a ziplock freezer bag in the freezer and plan to add the fresh trim when I harvest this weekend. Has anybody used fresh or frozen trim prior to baking or making butter or candy?

No. Dry it first. And I don't use any non resinous material like fan leaves I think your talking bout. Fresh frozen is used for ice water extraction. U could first make ice water hash then put it in your butter. Yumm
