sprayed today with 40% milk 60% water and drop of dish soap. Also did this afternoon with baking soda/water and dish.

Is this fungus?

It could be a mildew, like powdery, but it's hard for me to say after those back to back treatments Ham. Or are these pre-treat pics?
How about some information on RH, night and day temps, air movement etc?

Yeah back to back one morning and then one after pics in evening. Have had a fan on them constant except for few days and have had RH no idea. It's Boston... temps are 60-75 prob max. I figured would treat seems no downside. Kill spores while I can.
