3500k has worked awesome for me and everyone else and the 80 cri has a significant lumen output boost compared to the 90/93 cri so that's the go bruz!

The 3500 are great these are my babys @ 18 days i just put the second cob over them today so these photos are of just running 1 cob

I've tried a few times to run two but the plants didn't like so i'll see how they go. The lights are sitting 30in above at the moment.
But in saying that running 50w for 4 plants is a bonus and plant growth is unreal compared to my mars hydro 300w so happy as mate well worth it
