Hey @redeye jedi can I quizz ya for a sec. Probably all of you can input on this to but your Coco to. I'm going to germ my seed then plant straight to my pot which is 11ltr air pot same size as you I think . Do I pre soak with the 20% run off just before I put the seed or a day before ? I know your transporting into said pot but is that what you do before you transplant it ? Some I've read reckon do that and should be good for couple of days but I'll check it

you will be pushing it for 4 in there mate
With your lights go 2 plants , What you can yield off 2 plants could be the same as 4 plants , with 2 you will have a way better light penetration and being your first time --- A lot less stress --- with 1m x 1m it would be great with 2 they would grow to there full potential , the photo is of 3 in 1.2m x1.2m

Soo lights are hung, the blue berry and 2 green cracks are in paper towel op top of water heater did two of the GC incase one doesn't pop if both do I'll do a solo cup with one.
