I can tell ya first hand that those ghazexc99xc99 are fresh good beans
have never had any HR gear that hasn't germed,
Germination has always been one of my Achilles Heel. Lately though I've stopped f-ing around and got a fantastic tip from GoAuto that has been fail proof so far. No soaking no nothing just straight into damp soil, cover with a piece of Saran Wrap, poke a hole in that, than a plastic grocery store bag over the pot, than a paper bag over that:.. Put some magazines ontop and check on her in like 3-5days, you will have a germed bean
knock on wood have had 100% success doing it this way, takes a little loner but seems to me the best way I've found.
Don't give up on those little ones, I've had beans take two weeks to germ.
Sending you one big karma cloud of germing luck!
