good morn my afn fam ...i try not to bug you guys and girls but iam in a jam....only 4 out 6 (think different auto fam) seeds germinated i ordered 7....thinking that i would germ 6 to get 5 for my setup ..i was saving the last one just in case one had a problem .ok so 6 seeds ...5 cracked with in 24 hrs 12 hrs later 3 had tap roots ready for rock wool about 12 hours later 1 more ready for rock wool and ok for last two... one of them the leaves came out of the seed first .....like a child born feet first ...and the last one the tap root broke thru but just curled around the seed three days like that with on change so this morning i started my last seed in hopes to stiil get to 5 for my set up....oh yea out 4 that germinating in 24 hours one looks stunted and the other 3 are doing very well........is this normal should i call attitude and complain...:cry: or should i just run the three ......please help....thank you

in my experience...
Attitude have been plenty helpful with lost beans...but never with germination rates.
imo there are too many enviromental variables involved in germination for either the seedbank or the grower to be blamed.
plus they can argue as to what determines poor germ rate,i work on a 75% success rate on average,as i have had had major dissapointments in the past
(had that arguement with a local "seedbank" to no avail,basically accused me of scamming him)
purely for interest sake,Did you presoak the seeds at all? what germ method was used?

i have seen seeds that were not dried correctly at harvest "drown" due to presoaking,hence i ask,i doubt DP are at fault.
often single seed centres dont reseal packs correctly after taking out for order 1,and order 2 gets stale seeds a week later.

Maybe it's just luck for me but I have had 90% germination rate using the paper towel method covered dish sitting on top of my DTV receiver, I wait a minimum of 36hrs before uncovering by then all are showing a nice tap root. I never touch my beans I use tweezers, once germinated they go directly into 3gal grow bags. Attitude has a good cs department, if you think they are at fault and it was not human error let them know, chances are they will send you some free beans. I find in alot of posts here that people tend to blame the vendors for bad grows where as actual blame should go to the grower.
