Is this going to cause issues at all? I just switched them over to 20/4 from 12/12. Day 18 for two of them and day 4 for the third.

They should have been on 20/4 from the begining.Autos dont need short light periods and should have 20/4 or 18/6 from start to finish.
Thanks, I realize that, but I didn't want to run lights at night because the bright light would have been visible across the street. Now that I have a tent I'll run all my future autos on 20/4. 
One of my plants flowered right away after switching over...a male. Not sure if that's a coincidence or if the light schedule change is responsible. The seedling is also putting out two leaves on one side and one on the other at the second node.
