I've been reading allot of different threads, and hafta say.... there is tons of info here. So I joined. Haven't grown in a few years, did a few dwc photo grows in an indoor tent with mh+hps lights with awesome results. Also had a few decent outdoor grows but kept battling the lil green caterpillar fucks..... grew a bag seed outdoor, and the lil girl flowered in 25 days. ...wtf.... welcome to autoflower.... the main cola was fat as fuck. .. color looked a lil grey one day..... went to trim some leaves and the cola fell off. ... fucken green caterpillar chewed through the whole stem. .

This will be my first auto flower grow

So now I got a 2'3 x 2'3 x 5' tent
Lush lighting lumenatorx2 led
Mephisto sour crack seeds (fem)
Fox farm ocean forest soil 5gal smart pot
Fox farm trio nutes
Cal mag
As of now I am using @Ronin germination technique. ... still in root riot on Wi-Fi
Only one plant
While waiting for the lil girl to pop her head out, been testing the tent to dial in the numbers.
Any comments....Greatly appreciated. New to forms so bear with me as i begin to roll

You dont by any chance have another potting soils on hand?
I just ask because the ocean forest can sometimes (not always) be a little too hot for seedlings. Some growers use it start to finish no problem. Just bear in mind she wont need nutes for a while

That's all I ever grew with when I grew in soil. I have only used ffof and luckily I have had no issues. ..but it's all i know....I've read that it might be a lil hot.... not planning on nutes (or really low doses ) until flower maybe some cal mag but never used that before.... only the ff trio. . just picked up the stuff i used previously....hope it does me right like before

@sanguine Ok... so I went and picked up some fox farm light warrior seed starter soil and mykos....gonna dig a hole and use them as a layer between the ocean forest. .. my seeding is in a tray in a lil water under light. Looking good do far... bout to start a journal on it. . thx
