Grow Mediums Grow #2 Journal Jock Horror and Bubblelicious

Looking good Sabreman ... nice harvest ... speaking of outdoors ... I've been wanting to try something different ... I want to use old crew socks instead of a pot .... I'll bet a doubled over sock could hold nearly a quart of soil ... the seed would grow in the sock very much like an air pot ... with the same air pruning of the roots for a better root system ... after 3-4 weeks ... in the ground ... sock and all ... What do you think ?

:tiphat:
This sounds like a great idea. So what you are saying is put soil in a sock with the seedling and plant the whole sock in the ground. Yea I think I might try this. I think the sock would make a great air pot. Why not right!

That's the idea ... just double it over for strength and hang them from a board w/ their bottoms on the ground for support ... or put them in an old milk crate .... I've got some unknown freebies that I may try that w/ ... once they outgrow the sock the whole thing goes in the ground w/ a dash of fish fertilizer or what ever ... I've had almost no luck dropping seeds for a guerrilla grow ... but starting w/ a little bush ... now that would be sweet ...

Ok Harvest day for the Purple Kush. Very small plant but the buds were all over on the branches. 2 more days and I will start my third grow journal. I started another Bubblelicious and Jock Horror autoflower. I am also doing 8 bagseeds. I will flower them in a dark closet when it comes time. I hopefully will have a second grow room in the next few weeks. I am getting a 600 Watt light for 6 Photos. I am keeping my 400 Watt for Autos, vegging and a mother plant for cloning. So 10 plants at all times until I get a stock up. I will keep you all updated. My roots were awesome again I highly recommend UC Roots.. Just minor staining from the GH nutes I used. Here are some pics of the final cut.
