Lighting Grow Room Setup

Hello all, first post here. Currently building a grow room, 12x4 grow space. I will say I’m NOT the brains of growing, that’s my best friend, who does now in tent with just LED, And looking to expand. I’m just the finance and research lol

We have all climate controls, vents figured out for it. Also plan on supplement co2. So the question is light setup for biggest yields. At first we were looking at doing a HID/HPS with led, the. Came across autocobs on this forum. And been looking a lot at those and other cob set ups.

It seems some options are HID/HPS with supplement Autocobs in the sides and corners.

LED with cobs

Or a full setup of cobs, but I feel this can be pricey.

Or any other awesome setup y’all can think of

auto cobs and hps would work well autocobs are handy but if it was me id be looking at some QBs get some dimable drivers so they can be turned down for vegging or whatever give you alot more option and the prices are pretty good check out the invisible sun section here on afn in the light section or are you usa based

Hey there Dmoney. I have a really great guide on comparing lights etc on my signature. Check it out. It also has some suggestions based on grow area that might help. Im currently doing research into these "chinese" LED chips as it would appear some of the bigger American names are in the buisness of rebrand and reselling. Which if that is the case why are we paying a 1000% mark up...? Lol. Hope it helps. Happy growing mates!
