New Grower Growing autos under 24 hr lights?

Bottom line is that Autoflowers grow succesfully from 18/6 right the way through to 24/0. I personally grow 20/4 in the summer and 24/0 in the winter - purely for the same reasons as OP in that my grow is in the garage sucking in freezing air. I wont join the debate on which is best, but I have not noticed any difference between them - appart from a small electricity bill savings.

I have done both and I think the plants do better with 20/4, but I don't recomend a space heater unless you can keep the humidity up. The light cycle is not as important as the amount and kind of light the plants recieve. Last year I didn't have a speed controler so I ran 24/0 in the winter without any problems.
