Looks about right. Have you found a reservoir yet? I’ll post some pics later this evening and possibly a short video that might help you with your project.

Haven't purchased anything yet, not even media.
For starters I'm only going to kill one plant at a time until I get a sense of how much commitment the defoliating is. I could just top it and go.
If I check it every day anyway do I really need more than maybe a 10 gallon reservoir? Doubt it can drink more than 2-3 gallons a day.
Here’s a unit I just made a couple weeks ago. Basically the same concept but no top basin needed.

End of week 3 flower. Would you schwazz or do selective defoliation I’ve already done schwazz on day one of 12/12 and a second schwazz a week later for rescrog.

At this point I'd go after anything under the net, and anything with a stem.
Top site defoliation for now then schwazz again in a week or so.
