Indoor Growing Scrog

I removed some of the sugar leafs growing out of the buds in a small part of the tent. As you can see they are hiding many budsides as can be seen in the pictured below. I am just concerned if it is safe to do so/does it increase yield

Definitely defer to 420 or DOA if they chime in, but my limited experience has taught me to remove sugar leaves that are mostly blocking healthy buds just below them. I try to do a 'hover over the top of the plant' every few days and clear out light blocking sugar leaves. For example, this leaf or two, or portions of the leaves, from a crop of your photo ...

Update on big blue. My thoughts were to take it easy on her for a few days after the heavy defol so I haven't really done much. Tried to move somethings around for better spacing but that's it. Mon she was fine still thin. Tues same. Wed top canopy was coming back. Tonight I was sat back a bit. She's kinda thick.

@420autoflower what's the play here boss? It's only been 5 days since stripping her. Should I let her go until next weekend and strip her again? Maybe just some solid defol daily and keep her thinned out?

From this point until formed buds is the part of the grow I'm the most uncertain about.

Big momma! ( Glad you double netted her. You'll have way less larf. )

Im definitely learning a few things about the net process and how i can improve. The double was huge but not executed the best.

There is so much foliage. Thought I knew what was needed but Im starting to get lost again. Its the how much and when for me. Ive read 420 talk about "4-5 full schwazzings" and "removing 500-700 leaves a day". I understand the basic stuff but how do I know when to go heavy with the full schwazz. I bet our great leader will share some words of wisdom when he gets a chance.

I have 2 vivosun 100w panels not being used if some under lighting is needed in the future.

Long time ago I went through most of the thread and saved some of 420's examples of just after schwazz.
Here's one. Might be a bit older than your plant. ( In the meantime, if it were me, I'd get
in the middle and take the leaves necessary to remove all the 'darkness'. )
