Old Reviews GrowMore Nutrients Q&A with TdiBear

If you'd like to try organic growing, but aren't ready to fuss with making soil and " cooking" it etc, try the Grow more soil builder. I call it super soil in a box...lol! They have an organic flower and Bloom also. I believe they have a soil A and B liquid also.

Heya Pop, not tryin to split hairs, but on the instructions on the soilbuilder, it clearly states to let it "cook" before planting.

yeah with them components and Im fairly sure those are granules..anything granular to anything saying builder on it should always be blended into the soil for no less than 2 weeks imo.if ya can blend it for three n check your PH n add a fist of prilled lime pellets n there ya have it.instant awesome.. problem using that a a plant in soil enhancer is youll get off feeding activity and even increasing the very temps of the soil killing your roots in some cases too.so if i were you bro Id blend it for a spell.1/2 cup is a bit much for being un blended in 3 gallons of soil plus existing amendments in the soil thats already there.

not trying to but in but i saw cook into soil n i had to peek.:pass:

"Bailers Booya"Just got my bottle of Avalanche in on Saturday!:woohoo:

Yes I see that, I've yet to have a problem though. I am however cooking a big batch of soil for my up cvoming Blue Dream grow.. But I usually mix it very well into the soil, and as I'm using small amounts, I haven't burned a plant with it.

Nope, I'm using the boxed stuff. But I usually plant direct to soil, plus I use un mixed soil in the center of the pot wher I place the seed. I figure by the time its sprouted and grown big enough to spread out its roots, the soil is ready. I am however getting ready to use a tote to "cook" the soil before use now that I have a little extra space. I currently have 13 plants that I've potted in soil that has not cooked in advance, but none have shown any nute burn. But as I said, I normally don't make a strong mix.

I just popped a sour Dragon into a 3.5 gallon pot with some fresh organic soil and a 1/4 cup of soil builder, and a 1/4 cup of Flower and Bloom. I've got some plants in 1/2 gallon pots that are growing like crazy. I used soil builder and worm castings in them. For my outdoor grow I'm going to use kidde pools for growing squash, etc this year. going to order a 16lb box if soil builder.
Are you talking about the 5-5-5 and the 3-6-6? im about to make a new batch of soil.

Got my order today from Sprinkler Warehouse. Only had 2 boxes of soil builder so I got 3 boxes of Palm food. Its really the same thing in a slightly different formula, but look at the ingredient list. I have no doubt it will be just fine. I'm going to blend it into the soil builder anyway. % boxes altogether. Should be set for a LONG time lol!

I took pics of the boxes so here they are:
