Well good news[emoji481][emoji482][emoji109]
The powdery mildew is manageable in the inside grow where I can fight it pretty good.
I discovered something that works very well on the outside grow.
I use the hydrogen peroxide and water mix which is one quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide to 3 or 4 quarts of Clearwater and it works pretty well both of those recipes.
The stronger works better than the weaker.
But it doesn't eradicate the powdery mildew the first use.
But you must spray it pretty consistently 3 or 4 times a week then it does kill it.
I discovered something that works pretty fast.
I've known about this remedy cure for the p.m. and I've used it last year in my outside grow.
1q of milk it doesn't matter if it's whole milk 2% I've used 2% I don't know about 1% or skim? but the 2% works for sure and I'm sure whole milk works just as well.
So 1q of milk to 3 quarts of water and at least 4 hours of direct sunlight upon the affected plant. The [emoji274] is very important.
What happens is the sunlight converts the milk into antibacterial which kills the powdery mildew.
I'm here to tell you it works it eradicated the powdery mildew in my outside garden all plants are clear and they have been clear now for 9 days no reoccurrence so far.[emoji13][emoji109][emoji482]
I let the rain wash it off the milk after a couple of days.
So this is how I did this.
I mixed up the hydrogen peroxide one quart two three quarts of water sprayed it on the day before.
It was a sunshiny day.
So the next day I can see the powdery mildew was not all gone.
Ok I decided I would mix up the milk and water mixture and spray it on these girls. I had a beautiful sunshiny day and still had at least 4 or 5 hours of good sunlight on the garden.
So
I sprayed the PM ---- and the PM is dead[emoji91] end of story [emoji482]
So I'm testing my theory inside to see if it works there I've turned on all of my lights to see if it'll work try to simulate the Sun the best I can.
Not sure if it'll work or not will test today and know tomorrow[emoji482]
Outside grow
First pic is of before milk.
The last 3 are after.
