Update for anyone interested - 14 weeks now from soaking the seeds and about 8.5 weeks since I noticed flowering starting. The 3 plants I have now are definitely putting energy into plumping up. The larger fan leaves are almost all dried, browning and have been crumbled away. I have just noticed that the sugar leaves on 1 of the 3 is getting yellow at the tips and the other 2 are probably close to follow. I'm pretty sure it's harvest time any day now. What do you think, maybe this weekend, or wait a full week more?
