Grow Mediums harvest times in coco

hello everyone, i have one specific indica pheno under my 600w hps, it is at 8 weeks and its a fast and vast auto, on each cola the top couple buds are completely ripe but everything below that is not as ripe, they have dark green leaves and are not as fat as the very top buds, should i wait till all the buds are completely ripe or what, overall about 60 percent of the pistils are white, should i wait another week or what, and for those of you with experience could you please describe what your plants look like before harvest, thanks

is also kinda normal that the side branches will not get as fat as the mains.. to get that result, you could lst the main cola to keep an even canopy

I have about 15 vast and fast grows in cocoa under my belt. the best way to harvest this strain, USUALLY, is in steps. at about 8 or 9 weeks I harvest the 1 or 2 main colas and the rest at about 12 weeks. sometimes longer. I bought 5 seeds and loved it so I bought 40 more. I have noticed that sometimes youll get a short busy plant but usually its long and lanky with 1 or 2 huge colas. a lot of times he top inch or 2 will turn kinda blond. I thougt at first is was bleaching from the light but it does it even at 24 inch. yes a few pics would help alot if u could
