Harvest & Curing Harvested and Found Unripened Buds - How to Handle?

Harvested after checking tricomes and found new, unfinished buds toward the inside of plant. Should I just separate and toss the unripened parts?

Thanks for any advice. I believe the culprit was having my LED on too high and stressing the plants.

Nothing wrong with that piece of bud buddy
I would dry and cure as you did with all the others. Maybe in a separate jar so you can feel the difference between bud with amber trichs and bud without

Thanks man! That's awesome news. There were a few that were even greener than that, which I left on the plant to see if they'll mature over the next few days. I read something that said if you give them too much light, then the buds will keep trying to form new flowers while the other part of the bud matures.

I had these under a Mars Hydro FC-E 6500 and readings on the meter at the canopy were 1300+ ppfd. I initially figured more was better but I was wrong! Learned that you need CO2 for indoor if you're going to be turning the light up so high.

Were the green unfinished buds covered with foliage or other plant matter during most of the flowering stage? I can’t see light intensity to be the cause of immature buds.
You can always use your larf material for edibles, bubble hash, or even press it to extract rosin.
