hi this is my first grow i have 5 sour diesel autos, i feel that they are doing
well, i have a couple of questions, one this is the tenth week i am giving them
one more week, most of the trichomes are cloudy and very little with a little of
amber, alot of the fan leaves already turned yellow and fell off now the bud leaves are starting to turn yellow and fall off, i am going to harvest them thursday, week from today, also i am impatient and once in a while i would snip
a small bud quick dry it smoke it but it has no potency and smell like hay, will i get alot more potency out of
my plants when i dry them and cure them

Hey!
I have heard that until properly dried they will not have the potency and until cured properly will not have the taste and flavor. So hopefully after a proper dry, they will hit a little harder and after a good cure will taste good too!
I need to experience this for myself firsthand! Then I can say for sure, but so far I have resisted temptation to trim and try!!

Yeah, apparently the potency comes with slow drying and the taste develops with curing. It's the quick drying that is no good, it doesn't dry evenly.
