Hello All,

We had a bit of a heatwave recently and my plants suffered some bad damage. I'm looking into buying an AC or something as that seems to be the only way to solve my situation.

Wondering if anyone can tell me if the damage to this AvT is to much and if it would be worth getting rid.

They were at around 36c for 12 hours and 33ish for another 12 I would say until I could get home and solve the situation.

Alot of the hairs on the top of each cola has turned brown, some leaves have started to yellow and the tips and many of the smaller leaves near the bottom of the plant dried out and became yellow

It would be sad at up to this points in one of my best ever plants.

Thanks

We need more information to determine IMO. What is your medium? Nutes? What else are you growing? Is everything effected? Did they dry out to the point of Sagging ever? Lots of variables, heat can be causing an existing problem worse. Did the plants look 100% perfect until now? Do you have bugs or had bugs ever? I can help if you share info. Peace, slow

Morning Slow!

Thanks for taking the time to respond , included as much info as possible below'

Medium - Biobizz + 25% perlite in 12L Airpots

Nutes - Biobizz Fish Mix, Bloom, Alg a mic, Topmax & Canna CalMag

Growing Ghosts Toofs,CDCL, Sam's Crack, Orange Biscuits in the same tent everything was effected but not to the level of the AvTs

Plants don't seem to be sagging but the end of the leaves have gone almost a crisp brown.

No bugs I'm aware off! And plants looked amazing up until this point, they were my best ever!

Hey I've tapered down to 0.5ml per feed this past couple weeks and was going to stop on the next water :)

Plants have a great ability to bounce back from bad situations as long as corrections are made. Some mistakes you can't recover from but most you can.

Your plant will recover, no problem. Post back here in 3-4 weeks.

Ok, but did they dry out to the point of SAGGING ever? Like very dry, even once or twice? What is your pH? How often do you water? What is the EC? Have you changed ANYTHING? We will figure this out, just need to rule out things. Your temps were 96 deg F about. That is hot . For how long? By the looks your plants have root damage. I will be honest, don't expect miracles from them at this point. But we need to fix the main issue, your environment. Give me more info on that please.
