Lighting Heavyweight fast and vast vipar led grow

Hi folks thought i'd start a journal (and hopefully finish). The seeds are from heavyweight seeds and are fast and vast (we'll see) :drool: . I am starting this journal today when my plants are already at day 13 but will put the pics up from around day 6. This is my second grow I suppose as my other grow is nearly finished but thought that if i documented stuff people might see things i didn't and offer up some advice as we proceed. Anyway a few bits about my grow

Tent: veg:2'x3'x5'5
flower:budbox intermediate 75x75x200
Fan:4" rvk 170cfm
Pots: Rhizo 12 ltr
Nutes: canna a+b, canna rhizotonic, suma calmag, suma pk warrior
Light: 300w (actual 180w) vipar led 5w diodes for veg and same light + 125w cfl flower spectrum for flowering
Filter: Buddy filter 4" (not the best)
Medium: canna coco premium
Seeds: Heavyweight fast and vast x4.

If anyone has any advice/comments feel free to post i am a newbie grower and my last grow was full off problems so this will not be plane sailing either.

Day 1 29th september all 4 plants have sprouted (root riot cubes) and so it starts slight watering with 1:250 rhizotonic

Day 8 7th october All 4 plants given 1/4 canna a+b nutes and full dose rhizo light dropped to 23" from canopy



Day 13 sept 12th all 4 plants showing some vertical growth light seems to be fine. 1 plant bottom right has slight nute burn i think leaf tips are brown may lay off on nutes with that one all plants were fed again on day 11

Your seedlings dont need fed for about 2 or 3 weeks after sprout.
I grow in coco and dont start feeding til the cotyledons start going yellow.

its all looking good bro. I wouldn't of feed them anything but ph ed water for the first 2 3 weeks. your in the right place as the guys on here will sort you out bro. im just about to start my next grow a 20 litre 20 pot dwc . with x2 1000 and x 1 300 wat vipar led and 4 600 wat duel spec hid usein the whole canna range and the strains are heavyweight vast and vast and dp thinkdifferent wich ive done before check it out on here and I couldn't and woulnt of been abel to do it without the help I was given from these guys so good luck my friend and happy growing give me a shout if I can help.... peace out

will be doing a full update on grow tomorrow thanks for the advice folks tbh i thought i was meant to feed them low dose nutes after the second set of leaves show but obviously I fed to early which explains the burn anyway you'll see them tomorrow nite nite

day 21

So here we are on day 21 and everything is a bit slow me thinks. Now this is my second grow so have learned alot since my last but things are still going a bit tits up. I think i fed the plants to early (day 8 two sets of leaves) so not only have i nute burnt tips i have stunted one definately but think I have maybe stunted them all. Also all the leaves seem to be a very pale green colour oh well. I have gave them all nutes twice since birth but both times 1/4 strength, today however they were a little dry but didn't feed just gave them all ph 5.8 water instead. Here are some pics anyway as ever any advice/feedback appreciated thanks.

Bro word of advice when your girls start to flower put up a hid light as the vipars ent up to it when it comes to the flowering. I'm on my last 2 weeks of my 2000 wat vipar led dwc thinkdifferent grow and I've not had one single problem I'm even using A.I.T spider air stones wich are truly amazing and the buds are half the size as they normally are when I mix led and hid together I've ended up adding a 600 wat hid for there last few weeks and I can see the difference after just a few days I also took one plant out wich is 2 weeks younger than the other 3 and put it in its own room under a 600 hid. It was begged under the 2 1000 wat vipars true watts 589 each. Canna nutes all the way. You just watch the difference in bud size on this plant compared to the others. Check out my threads and you will see bro the vipars are the nuts when it comes to vegging. But they don't perform on flowering. Trust me bro mix led and hid. The results speak for themselves.... sorry mate I don't want to chew your ear off I just want you to get the fatest heaviest buds and yeld you can.
