Mephisto Genetics Heisenberg Special: 2 beans in one pot

Greetings!

I’m new to this forum: rookie grower of my own meds in the PNW. Also, 1st time running autos: all Mephisto Genetics acquired from the very good and kind crew of Annunaki Genetics.
As I’d read that autos should not be moved/repotted, I germed several in their final pot.
After more than 10 days, nothing sprouted of the 1st bean of Heisenberg Special, while other strains were sprinting away. So, I decided to try a 2nd Heisenberg bean in the same pot. Before placing the 2nd, I remixed/fluffed the media in the pot rather vigorously, but don’t recall if I actually tossed out the 1st bean.
Well, 4 days later, I’ve got the young growth in the middle. YES! However, it has a neighbor (also a sprinter it seems) that I just noticed that’s already about 25mm with cotyledons & a pair of canna leaves growing closer to the pot’s edge.
Should I make attempts to repot one? If so, which one?

You can re-pot if you're super gentle to remove it. Go deep down and around it as much as you can whilst scooping her out.

We've done it before, not super ideal but we did it without any casualties

Many thanks for the kind advice. Although gentle — never mind “super gentle” — has yet to be associated with me, I shall give it a try.
