Mephisto genetics sour hound, sour bubbly and Heisenberg special
What's up everybody, I'm new to AFN and I just wanted to share my journey that I'm about to go on with you. I have purchased some Heisenberg Special and Skylar White by Mephisto Genetics from Seedsherenow.com. The grow that I will be doing for the the next year is going to only be seeds by Mephisto genetics. As I have begun this grow I have purchased more seeds. I have on the way a 7pk of 24 Carat and a 7pk of 3 bears OG.

All my seeds are from seedsherenow.com. Big shout out to this company for always delivering really really fast and always being reliable. I have never had a bad experience from then at all. And their customer service/support is damn good. They are based in the U.S and have a good pick of breeders.

My scheduling for these plants are going to be pretty basic as I'm not going to deviate from the Mephisto Genetics grow guid. I will be using a 400w MH and then a added eBay 1000w led full spectrum grow light around day 40 or so. My choice of medium is fox farm ocean potting soil. All plants through my grows will be 3gal pots either round or fabric, but for this grow all plants are in round pots. Calmag may be used if needed.

For this grow:
(2) Heisenberg Special's and (2) Skylar White's

I grabbed 2 Seeds from each pack and grabbed (2) shot glasses with warm but not hot tap water. I dropped in the seeds into their labeled shot glasses and were left to sit until the seeds had sank, or my medium had finished with its flush. After the flush of medium, all seeds had sunk in the water, and were immediately planted into their labeled pots. From planting into medium, all plants were sprayed with 15ml of tap water and placed under a 400w MH light set to 50% at 36in from the top of the soil. This was repeated for all 4 plants until day 4.

Heisenberg special hs1 on day 3 around 11am had sprouted and reveled itself from under the soil. Plant is slouched over at 45 degree's, still has seed shell and membrane attached. Height from soil is 1/2in. Pale at the base but violet almost purplish near the top. Sprayed with 15ml tap water. Rotated to the majority of the showing plant is toward the light.

Heisenberg special hs2 on day 3 around 11am had sprouted and revealed itself from under the soil. Plant is slouched over at around 65ish degree's, still has seed shell and membrane attached. Height from soil is 1/4in. Pale throughout the stem from bottom to top. Sprayed with 15ml tap water. Rotated so the majority of the plant is facing light.

Skylar White sk1 on day 3 around 11am had sprouted and revealed itself from under the soil. Plant is slouched near a 45 degree's, still has seed shell and membrane attached. Height from soil is 1/4in. Pale at the base of stem with bits of pink and violet near the top. Sprayed with 15ml tap water. Rotated so the majority of the plant is facing light.

Skylar White sk2 on day 3 around 11am had sprouted and revealed itself from under the soil. Plant is almost straight but with a slight but expected curve in the stem. Plant is pale only near the base and is pink and violet throughout the rest of the stem to the top. Plant so far is the healthiest of the 4. Sprayed with 15ml tap water. Rotated the plant so the majority of the plant is facing light.

The Humidity has been at 54%-58% from the entire start. The temp has been between 75-81F.

I will be updating pictures and day to day progress of all plants through the grow. Not only do I want to help identify characteristics and habits of specifics strains, but my main foil is for the data. Data is valuable beyond compression as we can learn what environments and techniques work and which don't. Whether I do the best job in the world or I just do mediocre, this data will be helpful to someone. And if there is 1 thing I learned growing up from T.V its that knowledge is power and knowing is half the battle. G.I JOE!!!. But that's what's planned for me for a good while. I hope to either gain help or to have helped someone in some way when this is done. But until then, be excellent to each other and...... Party on dudes!!!!!!!

Welcome to the site and kicking off the grow. Have the cal/mag ready especially once the LED's turn on. I use 2 teaspoons per gallon every water or feed.

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody. I had never tried to order direct from Mephisto, I think I'm going to have to put in a order this week for some mbap. The seeds are looking good and I will post all the info that I can and specific traits and attributes. Thank you Mizzo81 for the input on the calmag, I'll try it out and let you know how it goes. I just picked up a decent camera last night so pics will be posted soon. Again thanks for the warm welcome and any advice is more than appreciated.

BuffaloKing beat me to it, but if your going to buy Mephisto get it straight from them! Seedsherenow is a nice site, he'll my 1st Mephisto seeds I got from them too. But Mephisto is cheaper, they give waaaaayyyyyy more freebies and they ship out of U.S. as well for same price well 10 euros which is like 10 something U.S. 2 days shipping from Colorado to east coast. I have gotten some faster from Mephisto. Also you will get fresher seeds most likely from Mephisto. You can pay several ways too. Any breeder that I can buy straight from in the U.S. I will much cheaper. Save the seedbanks for stuff you can't get elsewhere. Also if you have an issue with your seeds or order you can jump on afn and pm Mitch. If you get your seed somewhere else it's much harder for him to help you. Some food for thought bro. Welcome to the network I will be watching your Heisenberg Special I have 20 of them (freebies from Mephisto) planning to try to pollinate one next winter. Good luck if you have any question just ask plenty of smart growers here. Help you with what I can, but I'm still learning every day lol.

whats up everyone, yea I'm about to put the order in through Mephisto. I just didnt want to try it after it said that they might have to contact me in order to process payment. But I am definitely going to give it a go.

So here is the data that i have for day 4,

Heisenberg special hs1 around 10am height from soil is 7/8in. Plant still has seed shell and membrane attached but has straightned out wants to pop the seed shell off. If it doesnt come off by tomorrow morning i will gently rub the seed shell to see if it will come off. Plant is pale near base but shows good healthy colors throughout the rest of the stem. Temp is 79 degrees, humidity at 47%. Plant was sprayed with 30ml of tap water all over the medium as to not get dry spots. Plant was rotated so that most of the plant has light.

Heisenberg special hs2 around 10am height from soil is 1/2in. Plant has shed the seed shell and the membrane. Seed has almost straightened out but still has slight curve in the stem. Seed has opened up to reveal to itty bitty leaves. Plant looks nice and healthy, pale only near the base of the stem and is starting to turn a darker shade of lime green. Temp is 79 degrees, humidity at 47%. Plant was prayed with 30ml tap water all over the medium as to not get dry spots. Plant placed back under light and slightly rotated so it doesnt grow at a slant in any direction.

Skylar white sk1 around 10am height from soil is about 1/2in. Plant has shed the seed shell but still maintaines the membrane around it holding it closed. If the membrane hasn't shed by tomorrow morning, I will rub the membrane gently to see if it comes off. Plant has gotten a little straighter but is still leaning a bit. Plant is pale near base but shows darker violet and purple through the stem. Plant looks healthy. Temp is 79 degrees, humidity at 47%. Plant sprayed with 30ml tap water all over medium as to not get dry spots. Plant was rotated so that the majority of the plant has light and to try to pull out the curve in the stem.

Skylar white sk2 at 10am height from soil is 3/4in Plant has shed seed shell and membrane. Plant is almost completley straight and has opened to reveal to itty bitty leaves. The stem is Pale at the base only and is turning a healthy green color through the rest of the stem. So far this is the healthiest looking plant out of the (4) plants. Temp is 79 degrees, humidity is 47%. Plant was sprayed with 30ml tap water all over the medium as to not get dry spots. Plant will be rotated as needed to keep it straight.

Pictures are coming in about 30min. I live in "The Boonies" and dsl is slow as hell, I feel like my first nokia cellphone that had snake on it has faster internet than i do haha.

Updates will be added daily but I am only going to upload pictures every other day or so as i think that is a little overboard for the thread. I will however be taking pictures daily so that at the end of the grow i can do a day to day growth video of each plant.

Thank you for the encouragment and the support, AFN is awesome.

From Mephisto Genetics I have a 3pk of sour bubbly, 3pk sour hound, 1 heisenberg special, 1 skylar white, 7pk 24carat, 7pk 3 bears og, 3pk toofless alien. And then i have some ghost train haze seeds and some chemdog seeds that I had gotten from my local dispensary. It looks like I might have a couple females from those seeds as a few look to have nice craters at the base possibly female?
