Welcome buddy, I joined up recently and everyone's comments have been an extra brick on my path of growing :) all I can say is if it looks small in comparison to others upgrade your lights as that is a great help from what this sites taught me. Few tips also

If leaves are going yellow you should lower the nute intake / it's to do with your PH levels / too close to the light.

Transplant as little as possible or for best results plant in the final pot first

Humidity should be 1/2-3/4 in % scale and temp should be around 70-80

Just a few tips from a fellow first time grower to help you on your way :) Keep it green

Thank you all for the welcome, 600w hps and fox farms happy frog soil, Humboldt organic grow, GH kool bloom,GH floranova bloom, and gave her two feedings with Humboldt bush master
and she's went from 16inches to 32inces in just a couple weeks, soon as figure out how i'll post pics

Welcome to AFN!

Glad to have ya here, 313! :tiphat:
How old are your gals? Happy Frog shouldn't be too hot a soil.
How close are your lights? What strength are you feeding at, and how often? Hows your pH?
I had a gal stretch like crazy awhile ago; turned out I was feeding way too much N. She didn't burn, but shot up like a rocket.
Pics of your gals and setup would be helpful, Brother. :peace:

I got a 600w hps, I feed twice a week at 1/4 to 1/2 the ml's per gallon tap water and water ph at 6.7 to 6.9 here's a pic before and after, sorry the pics are sideways
