to AFN I personally use a mix of soil and coco I found it after looking at dinafem strains bio and they always recommend 40% coco added to ure soil and that's exactly what I do and for the last 2 years it's worked great .
I use plant magic soil and a standard coco block to mix together and I add mykos aswell .
