Hi people of AFN!

I'm new here kinda. I been researching for a couple weeks but just now actually joined the site. seems like a wonderful place for good information. I'm new here but not new to growing. I just kinda took a 10 year break. Wow have things changed! So yeah I'm looking to start a garden here soon. I'm leaning towards the 5x5 tent.That does not seem to be a very popular size and I'm not sure if there is a reason why? I've also done a ton of research on cobs. I'm debating on building some or not. Seems hard for me to find the Citizen clu-048-1812 cob. The 3500k spectrum. But from what I have researched personally it seems that you can buy the already built ones for the same price as building your own. Correct me if I'm wrong please. Regardless I'm going to be buying 4 this weekend to get things started. Cobs seem like the way to go. Anyways that's what I'm going to be getting into. I just wanted to introduce myself and thank everyone for all this great info! You wont hear much out of me, I do more reading then anything but I will ask some questions here or there. yeah cause its huge ya greedy bugger sorry,no idea i grow in a cupboard.cobs lovely with a big thick slice of cheese in the middle.maybe @BigSm0 might know something ?

Don't sweat it. It's merely one foot longer than the standard 4x4. So many tents have had standard sizes. At once point I wanted a 2x6. Not to be found. I probably could have done a custom order, but most of it was dealing with China and that is fine, however, I am trying to lower the amount of products I purchase that come from China. Stay with the low end priced tents because the chances are high that a zipper will blow. I learned my lesson with expensive tents and zippers. Never again.

I run 6 3500K via www.cobshop.net. The builder is a user and a sponsor in here. I am extremely happy with my lights for many reasons. Lots o' luck.
