Bandit: What was the height you are running on them now and during veg? I was able to get a lil more out of them bringing the lights up right before pre flower, but I'm wondering what they could have done if I had them set at a proper height as well from the beginning.

Hey Prez thanks for stoppin by, I was excited to try leds out, electricity wasn't the main issue I was having, that damn heat, but a lower bill never hurts either.. I'm growing in 3 gal pots right now, but switching to dwc for the rest of my grows. 3 ft is about perfect for myself as well, anything higher I'd need to modify my room again. And, they seem to be very good strains so far, easy to work with, not fussy at all. Def something I will look to continue growing.Also, you'll def know if something goes wrong with them, I'll be havin a fit, letting everybody know.. But so far so good

Maaaaaan, for the first 33 days, my dumb ass had the light sitting 19 " above the top of the plant, and then I decided to make an even dumber move and drop the light down another 5 inches because I thought the intensity would be good for her! Finally, when I was showing Dr. Frog a shot of my setup, he, and Medi, were like ,"raise that shit up, fool!" Not in those exact words, actually not like that at all, but that's what they shoulda said! Now I got the light raised damn near as far as high as it will go

Damn Bandit, I ran those heights with my hids but quickly learned that shit wasn't workin after I got the leds, but you started with it so you had no comparison. Seems though some people with certain leds can put them that close but ones like mine need distance to blend and spread the spectrums. One down fall is penetration, I get so little with the leds in comparison to the hids.

So I don't have anything important to say. I am waiting for my bud factor x, then they're gonna get a good feeding. I haven't been as excited the past couple grows but anticipation of these strains has me feelin like a kid, and the idea that I may be making my own seeds and saving some $$. I'm kinda excited about crossing the two, DD & TD= Think like a Devil, haha, I need to smoke. Here's a couple pics but there's not much to look at, not yet.

Thank you sir. Bro, no lie aside from the anomaly,both strains are lookin right. given the TDs are all diff but range from 31-34.5 today and the DDs are both 37.5, so hopefully if things go well I'll have a good amount of stock, some DDs, TDs, and combos TDs.
& you know how we do.. Only the sexiest bitches.
