Now that I have your attention.

I have a big trash bin that I'd like to turn into a little grow closet. It's 32" wide X 28" deep by 45" high. I think it's a great area to grow the grow, but I want your expert opinions. The area I would put it is in an inconspicuous spot in my garage/man-room next to a power outlet. I could vent the sweet stank into the garage attic. I'm thinking about using a few PC fans to circulate fresh air. Maybe have four fluoro tubes up each side with a couple of CFL lights mounted underneath the lid.

Some concerns would be:

The smell. It's got to be covert. Would venting into the attic solve the problem? I'm not worried about neighbors, but the wife parks in the garage. She doesn't need to know.

Size. Is it too small? Can I only grow one plant, or would a two plant op be too tight? I'm thinking (and I'm OK with) a one plant op.

Please, please, please send me your feedback and advice. I really want to make this work.

I'd suggest to go check out the micro grow section, some really convert stealth grows going on there, any way to get a carbon filter? I think anything you put your mind to would be possible, for cripes sakes people have great grows in pc towers, your idea sound brilliant and would love to watch when you get it up and running, sorry not more help on specifics of set up but I know jack on micro grows....

Check out the DIY forum. Lotsa good ideas there for lights, ventilation, circulation and scrubbing filters. I'm working on a charcoal scrubber design right now that I should be adding there soon. :key:
