Help 3 week old runt!

So this is my first grow, using a 400w hps and plants are in coco and perlite 11litre pots.

They are 3 weeks old very small but otherwise look healthy or maybe I’m wrong ? Help please!!

.. yes, as a coco grow, there are a lot of things to do not needed in true soil,.. if you're new to coco, or treating it like it was true soil, then that could be part of why your plants didn't do well,.. coco is a very specialized medium, a good amount of homework needs be done to learn how to use it properly,... in many ways it's more like hydro'! A lot of do's and don't's about it,...Too many to review here...
Do you feed frequently, at lower-end range ppm's, to 15-20% run-off each time? Take pH and and TDS/EC readings of what's going in, and the run-off?
