Just to toss another possibility out there...could you be blsting the plant with too much light?
If i read and understand correctly you went from like 60 true watts to 170ish?
The overwatering is probably the main culprit but i know in my case i blasted the baboes with the lights and that made other issues worse

Yes I added in another light. Will it be okay? I started a 2nd plant before all of this happened and I want to make sure it will have enough light :/

Here is what I woke up to today

Are you watering with just plain phd' water now? Maybe a little cal/mag?

If so, it will take a few days to start getting a correction.
The "sad" sag in her appearance looks like a plant or two I've had that slid out of the pH range. The deep green (while attractive) can be a sign of Phosphorus deficiency, which at your pH yesterday would be locked out. You've probably got a few days till you see a marked improvement.

I watered slightly with some ph water before I saw a significant problem with the plant.
