Looks like you just watered them, did you get a ph reading of the runoff? If so, hopefully it was dialed in around 6.6 or so. I would let them sit for a few days for the soil to dry out some then transplant them to a bigger pot and bury her all the way up to the first set of leaves. Water her pretty good when you transplant and see how she does.

yea its been raining the past few days , so yea its still wet. Just grabbed not too long ago.

but yea i was thinking about doing that. would i be able to set in straight perlite like hempy style & her still keep going ?

hmmm, I don't know if I would do that. What were you thinking about, just adding perlite around the soil? I was thinking repot with soil or a promix type media.

yea , would i be able to flush it completely and put the roots between the perlite ? or is it better to mix some fresh soil with perlite ?

If I were you and wanting to keep those ladies, I would repot in a container about twice the size you have with some type of light soil mixture. Let them recuperate and then take cuttings from them if you wanted to do a hempy style grow with them. Just keep those as mother plants.
