Think we have a good plan. This is one of the most ideal setup going too. Going to sell/build 4 almost complete cobs in an open square frame. In early veg there will be 1-6500k autocob in the center inside the frame and as the plants mature he will swap the 6500k and add in 2 -3000k flower autocobs. Increasing the red and wattage. This will be the best way to adjust the spectrum while utilizing the almost completes. Can’t wait to see this all setup.

Oh man, that's sweet! What kind of connectors? I considered barrell connectors on mine to make it a plug connection thats easily swapped. Would it work?

It would work but this is going to be different. The frame will be almost complete rigged up to a large driver. The middle will be open and he will drop in autocobs. No need to do anything more than swap the AutoCobs in the center

Gonna start building the frame after work just wanna make sure I build it correctly for easy mounting, also how should I wire it in a series? I'm pretty good at wiring stuff up, just not sure the best way to go with the cobs, also do u have a place u recommend to get the driver from?

I will get some pictures and dimensions when I get in from work. The wiring depends on which driver you choose, constant current or constant voltage. Constant current is the safest way for the kcobs and my preferred way. This would require you to wire in series. Positive-negative.

I'm gonna go with the driver you recommended ,you obviously know quite a bit about it an I know we'll pretty much nothing but how to connect the wires lol.. those chips can push a good bit more power out them if u wanted to right? I couldn't find the 1812 on cobkit dot com so wasnt sure of what they could do

@BigSm0 , u forgot about me huh lol j/k , I Kno ur prolly crazy busy, try an shoot me the pics if u can also, with the drivers was that one u recommended dimmable? Also since the 1812 has a max power of 175 wats can I run them at a hundred each an do a dimmable driver? Or would that not be a good idea? Also I'm goin to cash my check now so lemme know which type payment u prefer, my PayPal is screwed up from my wife sellin stuff on eBay an someone filed a claim over some bs.. think there tryin to keep the item an get there money back anywho, lemme Kno if I can use a debit card or whatever , thanks bud ttys
